Its a "Peoples Committee`s" building which is part of the Vietnamese government tasked with dealing with state law and part of The Central Executive Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam...damn shame to see it disused as i could think of a dozen things it could be used for...

Hello 🤗 and I read your comment and,YES I can too, I know Vietnam is a Communist Country and has long try to rebuild it but I've seen 😞 so many empty 🫙 properties why not auction them off ,that we bring in economy.I have a Great Nephew who just visited for the first time,my family is a melting pot.This could have many many different uses. The architecture on these buildings is beautiful. What a waste to keep it from the public people. Why do the powers that be build then abandon so many perfectly good buildings? Turn them into homes for under privileged.
