Nice that it’s pretty much rust free. Looking good! 👍🏼. Mine… on the other hand is a rust bucket and I’m not sure where the F to start. Lol.

It’s pretty crazy how clean this thing is, we looked it over when I first bought it and we could tell it was solid, but I had no idea it was this nice. If it needed a lot more metal replacement, I probably would not have went this far with taking it down to bare metal. I have done it with other cars and I understand it’s one heck of a job. Is yours a 76 also?

Came up in my feed and I thought "I watched all these." Wait this is recent? "Oh he went off the deep end, lol." I love it! I just bought a bone stock 1979 10th Anniversary, 400 4-speed, 21k original miles, matching #'s, rock solid TA. Of course I am ready to make it a day two car! I'm having the same decision issues as you had. Keep it stock or make it mine? I know it's had a repaint and the carpet has been replaced. I just bought the Pro Touring F Body pro GT kit (F/R springs, shocks). Also doing PTFB frame connectors and G force braces. Everything is bolt on. Keeping the WS6 sway bars, I want to do control arms but feel I cross the OEM line doing that (?). I also want to insulate the cabin but don't want to stick Drymat (impossible to remove) on my floor. I love Dakota gauges and based on you, I'll cross that line. Mild mods to the power train for now, exhaust, intake, not cracking the engine open it purrs. I can't wait for your next video.

Great videos, info, great looking other cars you and joe have done. On a 1976 trans am with the grill inserts, that hav the chrome edging? I hav some needing restoring the chrome, or need to purchase some, do you know anybody that can restore the chrome? Or sell me new ones? Any and all info is appreciated..cant wait to see out come of your T/A build
