I know it's been a while again, but now I can finally provide you with the newest updates on the Montenegro Tower project! You can see how we are restoring the old stone house and witness the watch tower transformation, which will eventually become the outdoor area of the bar inside the stone house! There will be a second follow up coming to this video with everything that happens right now, I am hoping that we can finish it by September. Fantastic work! I’ve been wondering how your project has been going, and I’m very glad to see how awesomely it’s coming along! I recently moved from Tirana Albania to Delft Netherlands, and Google maps happened to route me right past your property. It was already dark outside, but I could still get a sense driving through there, the great drama of the cliff side you’re perched on. What a great spot you have! I wish you continued success with this project 🙌 I have hopes of returning one day to Albania, and finding my own piece of historic mountainside to enjoy, so it brings me joy to see yours developing!

It's been awhile, but the progress and your vision taking shape are impressive. The views from top of the tower give a better sense of the size of your property. Those views will be a key attraction to make the "new" Montenegro Tower a must-see stop when in country. Looking good!

Good question! It was actually shown to me - I had no idea that I could even buy something like that.. in the end it all comes down to destiny, i used to be a professional WC3 pro player back in the days and my fans called me towertak3r instead of just tak3r because i built too many towers in my games haha

Impressive effort you and the guys are putting into this. Did you receive some financial support for restoring this historic site? In Italy one can buy properties for little money, the buyer however has to fulfill the criteria for renovations.

Thanks! No, its all coming from my own pocket, the country Montenegro is pretty poor so I dont think they would put money into private projects like this. But I am trying to get help from the Mayor of Bar and asked him to get official permission to create more parking space at the road on the land that belongs to the city of bar. That would be a great help, because once I have solved the parking situation, I can finally officially open up and put signs / advertising on the streets :)
