This is an amazing amount of work for you alone, Martin. Even with Mr. Mowrator as your sidekick, it's more than enough. You are brave to continue to work in all the rain and wet.

This garden is like a treasure hunt, you never know what you’re going to find (or maybe it’s like a box of chocolates). I can’t wait to see the next episode. Do you get to take home some of the pears? 🍐

I actually like working in summer rain, as long as it’s not too heavy. Heavy rain is unpleasant. You’re doing a fine job there.

I so love this series - restoring a garden to its original state is just fascinating. I'd love to know the history of the manor (who lived in it over the centuries) and if there were paintings/drawings of the original gardens. I can hardly wait for each installment! PS - Now you have to buy a partridge (for the pear tree) - LOL.

Wow that pear tree is huge, can it be a hundred years old? Just the thought of people walking in this same garden in the 16th century is mind blowing 😮 who knows what you discover next, a well? Great job on clearing out the path, it goes on and on. A shame about the rose hips, they look very pretty and provide food for the wildlife. Having fun watching your video’s, thanks 🙏

Good evening Martin! I think it must be a wonderful place to be working and revealing bit by bit the beauty that the whole garden used to be. I also really like your radio controlled mower! If I may say what I always say to my hubby, “Little boys, little toys; big boys big toys”. 😅. My hubby just got a new drone for taking videos and pictures and I like to see him enjoying himself. Please take care and God bless you and your family. Sincerely, Diane from Missouri 😊❤

Buena idea lo de la cortadora a control remoto. El terreno no tiene que soportar el peso de las cortadoras grandes que arrasan con toda la vida propia que tiene un jardín.

Nice work Martin! The Rose Hips were so large and healthy, pretty! That Pear tree was huge, I wasn’t aware they grew so tall, thought they spread. I’m surprised you haven’t come upon a garden fountain yet. When do you think the concrete path was poured? Wouldn’t the path of been gravel/pebble in 16th/17th century? It’s a magical property you are bringing back. Each week I envision ones of the past on the property; this week I envisioned ones in attire of past slowly strolling along the path you are uncovering, all the while wondering where it took them. Enjoying this series very much. How many acres are there in this property? Sorry if I’m asking too many questions. Watching from across the pond, Texas 🇺🇸
