Good question! You can check their reviews, website, how long they have been on social media, how long they have been practicing, and the lineage they learned from (although this last one can be altered). in general def all the points above. And do they really do free work to help people...Some are just on social media to confuse ppl and trick them into buying something because of fear. that can even be prepping for the apocalypse and what not. look for folks that are positive polarity and don't focus on negative things. that begins with titles and thumbnails of videos or blogs for example
