I’ve seen people use both the pellets and glass beads inside the body. Do they have a similar feel? Is there a reason to use one over the other?

I've seen videos saying that the fine glass beads are used for the inside vinyl limbs because they won't hurt the vinyl, and the pellets are plastic and can interfere with the vinyl so are only used in the body. I used the pellets in the head on this baby. I'm not sure where I saw this info, but the fine glass beads feel much better in the limbs.
