Hle sir. I came in uk 2023 September session as a Master’s student. I failed my one module but i passed my desertation. My last Resubmition date 4th February. And result will coming 5th march. But my visa expired date 11 February. That's why i want to apply for FLR. For example if i fail my module again then can't apply for PSW. That time can i change my visa work permit. Please give me reply

We don’t advise FLR, since Home Office has been refusing these very quickly(some even before Biometric appointment) and putting the applicant in Immigration Bail. You may have other options of filing a pending GR application through an Immigration Lawyer only and then varying it. How long am I required to stay with my company after they provide sponsorship? For example, am I allowed to leave after 6 months to join another company?
