If we ask pls pls my family depends on me lots of commitment pls help . If we ask help as a humanity . Western countries don't prefer indian resume formats. I am an experienced engineer. I took a western country format resume. The indian recruiter asked is this resume. The perception differs from person to person. There is no standard resume format preferred by industry. Even if you used microsoft resume template, someone will criticise. The information provided in resume should be very professional.
