It depends on the school, they decide which level can stay in which hall and they change it from time to time But for now 100lv can stay in queen Esther.

Yes students can live off campus. If you have really long dreadlocks they’ll probably allow you to keep them but if it’s short they’ll probably tell you to shave it off.
