A DermaSweep facial is an innovative, non-invasive exfoliation and skin revitalization procedure. Unlike many treatments, it is fully customizable and works by improving micro-circulation and oxygenation in your skin.
Using an adjustable vacuum and a variety of treatment tips, the DermaSweep wand gently lifts the skin against the appropriate treatment tip, and removes the top most layer. Your skin then becomes smoother while the vacuum action of the wand stimulates blood flow and cleans pores.
Increasing blood flow to the skin’s surface encourages collagen formation, thus firming and toning the epidermis as well. Once we’ve reached the desired level of exfoliation, the customized infusions are placed on the skin to target your unique skin care needs for maximum results.
Fortunately, the DermaSweep treatment is painless. You may experience slight tightness after exfoliation; however, it isn’t painful and it goes away quickly.
Sessions are typically 30-45 minutes in length, but this may vary depending on your specific skin’s needs and areas you want to treat. For up to a half hour after treatment, your skin may have a soft, pink glow, as if you’ve been exercising. However, you can resume normal activities immediately afterward.
