We can't make the locals or the tribes to pick the plastic ..because it's not their job ...instead we ourselves need to take the responsibility to not to dispose our waste or toxic materials into such habitats !!!!

The biggest threat to these forest is the presence of mostly illiterate pilgrims, numbering in lacs , trekking through these forest and polluting the environment & scaring off wildlife from deep inside the forest. These ancient idols/ deities should be relocated to T T D premises soon to save these forest & environments around it.

Good information.. but why tourism is so lacking in NTSR.. there is hardly any tiger sighting reported. Like other wildlife sanctuary and tiger reserve there is no dedicated entry for tourists for Tiger Safari.
