When Should Resuscitation Stop?

Cliff's full talk from SMACC Gold in 2014. Tasked with discussing when to stop resuscitation, he made a case for NOT stopping in selected cases.
There's a lot here about cardiac arrest and decision making and human factors.
The principles remain sound, although there has been more literature published since on some of the clinical areas he touches on, including double sequential defibrillation, and evidence for clearer case selection criteria for ECPR
