I hate when people state they have an IP complaint for a product but don’t specify what type of complaint !! It could be the listing is infringing upon the misuse of ghiradelli.. people really need to be specific Is it suspected, counterfeit w test buy , counterfeit w/o test buy , copyright etc Someone told me they got one for Betty Crocker which I still sell but couldn’t tell me what type 🤬

Unless I see it from Amazon in the groups I don’t really factor it into my business. Everyone knows someone who knows someone so I just keep doing my business until I see proof or it happens to me. I’m the same with Jansport, I’ve never had an issue personally

They do yes. When they think it is too high but it still sells. I have never worried about it, if the rank is there it sells.

Hi Nikki i’ve been to a few retail stores and try and provide my sellers permit and resell certificate. I haven’t been successful they ask for a tax exempt card. I am in CA..any insight?

I’m not familiar with CA. At Walmart no matter where you are they have a card they give you is that where they asked? CA might have a card they issue I’m not sure.

I am in California. You cannot present your sellers permit/resale certificate. You have to apply via their website or like Walmart at customer service. At Walmart a manager hast to issue you the card. There’s a process for each store. Dollar tree you have to go to their website. Costco you have to send specific information. So there’s a step-by-step process for each place. They’re not going to except it in store

I have been a Sam's Club member since the 90s (pre-Costco days) and I think Sam's pizza is way better than Costco!! We used to take the kids to Sam's for dinner when they were little and it was a treat for them to have pizza or a hot dog & ice cream! Now my daughter and I sneak away to Sam's for their sushi!!! Anyways, I have just started sourcing there. I have found a handful of items that have made me really good money, but there are a lot of items that are worthless. I still haven't scanned the whole store because I'm usually with one of my kids and I would NEVER get away with spending 4 hours in there!! I know someone already mentioned, but you can get a super cheap membership on Groupon and it usually gives you some free items with it! Otherwise, you get points when you're a plus member and you will get money back when you shop there... talk to someone next time you're in there because I seem to recall that you can cancel your plus membership by a certain time of year if it ends up not being worth it to you. Also, gas prices are usually super cheap there... Definitely use scan & go app, especially if you go when it's busy. You scan & pay via the app, then walk out without having to go through the checkout lines. It is great, especially on a weekend! And I have seen them bringing back the samples! Maybe it's the location you were at??
