I think u should use "compression only" & choose "inward" instead of "outward" in ur area spring element .

Why the normal spring coefficient of the footing is not inward and set to outward ?

In Prokon software i have designed retaining wall considering surcharge, backfill angle 15 degree and water table GBP is passing in prokon whereas in SAP2000 It's failing in GBP What's the solution for this
