Retinal examination with 20D and smartphone

Hi, is it possible to visualize the entire optic disk without pupil dilation? Would something like this have potential to be used as an alternative to fundoscopy as part of a routine physical exam in a non-ophthalmologist setting? Thanks

AndrewDesL indirect ophthalmoscopy requires dilation.

I believe that you would have to acquire this image in the dark, as there is dilation of the pupil (but of course it would take some steps to be able to acquire this image in the dark, such as an IR led, for example)
