All I can say is that you clearly do not understand what the word “scammed” means. Not only did they not get “scammed”, but they did not even get fooled or taken in. He clearly stated in the intro that they cannot figure out is it’s a spoof or reality, which would be the correct and intelligent response to have. After all, although I would say there is an extremely high likelihood that the stories were made up there is no way to know with 100% certainty. And assuming they are made up, while the writer is statistically more likely to be very young, he could just as easily be in his 50’s or 60’s. In fact, I know people that age who can write more outlandish stuff than that just for shits and giggles.

To Goldfinger's comments I say there is a whole side of the Philippines you have no idea about. I don't say this suggesting you find out about it, I say this so you can be a little more aware and open minded.
