Yung gulay nyo po lagyan nyo ng kamote na parang pinakbet Naku napaka sarap nyan. Yung bunga ng malunggay is a superfood.😋😋😋. Napaka sarap nyan with sigarilyas. Omg. Purslane po yun tinanong nyo and very nutritious.

Masarap po mamalengke tlga sa pampang dami mabibili, dyan dn kami namamalengke.🙂 Un pong bulanglang sa aming mga kapampangan is parang sinigang sa bayabas. Un pong bunga ng malunggay masarap dn sya sa pinakbet, malalaman mo pong luto na kapag malambot na po., pwede dn po sa laswa yan. Favorite ko yan.😊 sayang hindi nadaanan ung tindahan ng friend namin. from a previous vlog... kuya Louie divulged that he is using Medicare as his insurance... I am assuming.. it is Medicare Advantage Plan.. I have Kaiser coverage too... Kaiser covers medical emergencies (only) while you are out of the country... however... you pay your medical expenses first then get reimbursed afterwards... you may also supplement your Kaiser coverage with a local medical insurance... (but it's not cheap)...

Kaiser reimbursed my expenses with a smile.. Regular doctor visits... 500Php low end up to 2kPhp high end... Dental cleaning.. 500Php low end to 1500Php high end per visit... in PH public markets... hindi uso and price tags sa mga stalls... but you can haggle the price... you have a choice... canvass the prices at various stalls or just deal with your "suki"... which is more time efficient?

if you'll have a chance to visit Angeles City... you will find out or noticed that it is a melting pot various races.. it is home to many retired military folks from the former Clark Air Base... and home to other foreigners who find the place affordable and better place to stay than Metro Manila....
