Mark - great conversation with Clint. My takeaways! 1 -follow through if you say you’re going to do it do it! 2 -Stick with it and evolve the process and don’t get distracted by the new shiny objects! Loved the honesty here, and reference to other Navy Seals who say they are bad ass but still like all of us have work to do, so good to humanise the work. Thank you Mark and Clint #wedohardthings

Really struck me when he said about not being able to make a “to do list,” on a digital device and needing to instead use a traditional pencil and paper.

I love Clint’s take on the “Analog” idea, I am similar in the sense that I hate online ordering/pickup, digital lists I’ve always done things on paper/in-person and to hear his perspective on it was pretty cool, and I’ll definitely carry the “Live More Analog” phrase with me, love the content!

Unfortunately, in the military there's a lot of half axxing, the military only changes so much of a person. It is up to each individual to want to "want to". And if you don't have it, look for a way to keep developing that hunger for it. Listening to a talk like this definitely helps. I loved that "being part of the greater good" as a reason not to want to give up.

Can you do another interview with Clint and talk about his views on navy seal breathing techniques and using visualization like some other seals talk about.

Creating a village where one guy grows tomatoes, another one chickens, another one basil. Gandhi inspired a lot of people to make their own salt and clothes. Is not only the pandemic, monopoly price gouging infested systems hurt regular people
