No Joe. In the Question they have asked us to calculate Manus goodwill only and pass the entry. It is true that we usually Multiply with the deceased partner share and Calculate goodwill but here. They have said to calculate Her goodwill by adding 4 years profit and in place of her share they have said that 50% is her part of share of goodwill no need to calculate by 3/12.
