What is the logic of the second option where there is a change in profit sharing ratio. Why we dont transfer it profit and loss appropriation ac at the end of the year.pls explain the logic if possible.

@@millidas8184 I think its because when the partner dies, p&l appropriation is created and the books are closed. So, when they change their ratio, it will not affect profit share until they reopen their books... On the other hand, p&l suspense is a temporary account, its prepared in the mid of the year, and their change in ratio does change the entry..
