Brian your the reason I joined 4loki way back when it won’t be the same without you man! Also personally I don’t think you were “being carried” by the alliance at all. The way I view our alliance or any alliance is that every member adds something different and the more unique usually the better some people are very skilled and help us win wars which makes use place masters some people carry the majority in prestige which helps us in AQ placement some people plan our wars and aq and handle all that, some people make the alliance more joyful or insightful through line chats. We all bring different elements and that’s what makes 4Loki so awesome we’re like a family and you brought an amazing FTP element that allowed us to look through the game from new lens. I don’t want you to feel like you were carried cause yeah your prestige was bad we all know that but guess what? Most of us don’t care in the slightest. Also also you were a beast in alliance war even having to use lower level champs than most people, you have a bunch of deathless seasons I don’t even have a single one man that’s way more impressive in my eyes then a high prestigious number… I respect you more than any other person in the community for sticking true to your FTP and iron clad stream schedule all these years it’s truly commendable. I really hope the 1v1 mode is a banger I look forward to facing you buddy!

Wow. I've been dreading this video so much. Brian, not sure if you will read this comment but here goes: you are one of the main reasons I still log into the game and I love your streams and your videos. You may not know it but you have kept me company COUNTLESS of hours while I grind arena or play Xbox or do chores or walk around campus. You have been such a staple, a constant, and an anchor in my life for the past few years. I started watching your channel around the same time you were uploading ROL videos back when you were trying to get wolverine down with a 2* guillotine. I remember how happy you were when you left your job to pursue streaming more seriously. I remember being there when you finally got 6.2 down itemless and how exciting that was. I remember all the legends runs, the labyrinth runs, the Ronan cheeses, the first abyss path that you did with sabertooth. I remember the 24 hour cable grind, and the first new account challenge. I remember when I was grinding act 6 completion during quarantine you were there for me, keeping me company while I went through all the fights. Your videos have helped me so much to progress in-game and my experience wouldn't be the same without you. I remember this summer when you said happy birthday to me on stream and how something so little meant so much to me. So many memories throughout the years and you've gotten me through some difficult times in my life myself without you even knowing it. Brian; whatever you decide to do with this channel, I will ALWAYS be there for you just like you have for me. I will miss your streams once you start cutting them down and I will also miss your videos. With you and Seatin both taking steps back from the game, my motivation has also drained significantly. I love you banana man and you have been a great part of my life from junior high all the way to college. I've been watching your content for so many years, I've always appreciated your views on the game. Even though I can't always make the streams, and I rarely talk in them, it's always felt like hanging out with close friends, just having a good time. Obviously not gonna try to request you to continue as you were (as much as I would like), since its pretty clear that you already made your mind. Honestly, my advice would be this: Treat it like a single player game. Don't worry about who has the highest prestige or hero rating or which alliance got the highest aw rewards. Just hang out solo dolo and only think about improving your own roster and how to prepare for the next batch of content. I know that cuts out some content that only comes with being in an alliance, but the benefit of that trade off is that you don't have to consider how much the "online" component is becoming more and more skewed towards people who spend. Hanging out and grinding for battle chips is still beneficial even if you're not focusing on alliance stuff. And if you miss that direct interaction with other players, there are always incursions and solo competitive.

The game has just run its course. Players are keeping it alive and thats commendable but you have to expect a mobile game that has gone this long to get to this point. They can keep the servers up for 100 years as long as there are people who spend thousands. Doesn’t mean its still a fun and engaging game.

Wow Brian, what an emotional video. I have been following your channel since about the beginning. You were one of the most entertaining MCOC youtubers to watch because of the fact you were free to play. I wasn't fully free to play but i am definitely no whale, so it was always nice to see that it is possible to get past certain thresholds without spending.
