True, It has never been easier to understand how to build your money after retirement than it is right now with the inflation, when you may study and experience a completely variegated market passively by employing a successful portfolio-advisor. The impacts of the U.S. dollar's gain or fall on investments, in my opinion, are complex.

Even if you’re not skilled, it is still possible to hire one. I was a project manager and my personal portfolio of approximately $850k of my retirement pension took a big hit in April due to the crash. I quickly got in touch with a financial-planner that devised a defensive strategy to protect and profit from my portfolio this red season. I’ve made over $250k since then.

Thanks for all the good info regarding retirement living in Malaysia. You mentioned that there are many golf courses in Johor in this video. I retired this past June and enjoy playing tennis a lot and was wondering if there are any country clubs in Johor with tennis courts? I just returned home to the USA a few days ago after spending 5 weeks in Malaysia. I visited KL, Penang, Ipoh, and Malacca in search of a place where I like to retire. Of these places, Malacca was my favorite because it had the best air quality, and the neighborhood I stayed in (Bali Residences) is newer.

My piece of advice to everyone : Never retire or plan to retire in Life. Keep doing some or the other thing. Alternate to retirement is shorter hours at the job as you grow old. The moment you retire your body starts getting into hibernation mode deactivating all immune systems thereby giving a free pass to many diseases.

Art mural at Georgetown : spend a day exploring Georgetown and hunt for art murals scattered all along the town area. Start early in the morning as its less hot. Food : You must try the hawker food in Penang! It's truly the best in Malaysia. There are many coffee shops & hawker centres around the entire Penang island. Penang Hill : spend a lovely cooling day up Penang Hill. Lots to do see and eat. Pm us once u are in Penang. If our dates match, we would love to meet you

News of Country Garden’s debt crisis in China has sparked fears among residents living in the developer’s subsidiary projects in Johor Many are worried that unfinished projects will be abandoned and property prices will fall further Industry experts say residents concerns are valid and Country Garden Malaysia should publicly clarify if projects will proceed as planned

Yes, which is why we highly recommend people to rent and not buy. There is so much supply for rental, plenty of choices at great prices.
just a thought..you Singaporeans are spoiling the property market for locals who may not have the same earning power as you all.I really dislike how Melaka is spoilt becausof Singaporeans wanting to live and play there as a result more developments have taken place which do not fit the asthetic of Melaka town. I cant hardly see some of the historical sites like I used to because of the big-ass constructions taking place. Melaka no longer holds the authentic old world charm it used to have, its quite sad for a Malaysian like myself to witness. :( especially when I return for visits from overseas

All boils down to demand and supply. On the flip side, with more tourists (regardless of nationality), tourism is booming which means more money into the state which then gives more employment opportunities to the locals. Every country ideally wants to attract lots of tourism to boost their economy. The price to pay, of course, will be that things will no longer look, feel and be the same anymore. Even yourself as you shared, are living overseas for better opportunities. Everything needs to progress, otherwise it stagnates and dies.

@@corporatebreakoutcouplenot really it depends only those can contribute yo the economy and not helping n utulised our subsidies products. It will add burden to the country. Anyway more measures implement in 2024 n 2025. Propose don't buy but rent for safe measures

Thank you so much for this, I stumbled upon your video when searching the RTS system...and Forest City 😂... I have a quick question 😅 if someone can help me.. my wife and I are from London, she's an international school teacher (I'm still getting myself set up in life) I'm 33yrs old she's 31... We've been looking at malaysia, how hard would it be for us to settle or have a place in johor...or for myself (no degree, but tons of experience in sales and marketing with both English and French as languages)... I really need help i want to also make friends like yourselves when moving over there... 😊 You guys seem to enjoy life! @CorporateBreakoutCouple 🎉❤

Hi there!!! Thank you for watching our videos! Welcome to our channel! You would actually be better off looking for job opportunities in Kuala Lumpur, the capital of Malaysia. Johor Bahru isn't the place where one would go to work if one is a foreigner. Let us put it this way : if one is a Johorean and would want better job opportunities, one would go to work in Kuala Lumpur, Penang and of course Singapore.

That what i always talked about is malaysian government wants to make forest city a special economic zone, and i read they are talking to Singapore government about it. Singapore government must make a better deal for singaporean, by getting a long term visa for singaporean to stay in johor, if not it will be stupid to help the malaysia government to save forest city A singaporean retire in pattaya now.

How's the retired life in Pattaya?
@prefixsuffix10 ай бұрын
How is Pattaya ? I went Changmai, too many angmohs with their thai wives around. Surrounding not bad. Food not very good. Loads of MSG, etc unless you cook at home on your own. Local thai always seems friendly infront. But when you turn around, it's a different story.

Thanks for video ! one would need a proper n valid documents to reside in Malaysia! Customs will Question your purpose of visit even if it’s 2 weeks stay ! buying a property in Malaysia don’t equal a visa ! properties around Customs r very Noisy with huge lorry’s horns through out Day n Night very heavy traffic jam n foot traffic! a 10 mins ride back to my condo took me 3 hours back home ! I bought a property in Malaysia n regretted immensely!
@corporatebreakoutcouple11 ай бұрын
Yes, that is correct. We talked about visa for Malaysia in our other videos. How long have you been living in Malaysia? Or is your condo a vacation home?
@melaniechua692411 ай бұрын
Condo not a vacation home , how naive of me ! thought just stamp passport in Customs! but stamp entry n exit reflect on passport! run from Indonesian to Thailand! because customs asked for 1 hour at stamp station! I sold my Singapore flat thinking of retiring in Malaysia! I now have valid visa in Thailand only for a year ! I only return to my Malaysia condo to clean n mop place n pay condo bills n water n electricity bills ! I rented a place in Thailand, if I decide to buy SG HDB again I have to surrender foreign property can’t have both at same time SG HDB law ! can only buy private property in SG ! all the stress packing n unpacking n Malaysia title deed! I have still yet to receive it ! I got my condo house keys in July this year but signed paperwork SPA everything in April n rented in Malaysia that is why customs question our frequent entry ! no choice but move to Thailand!

Thank you. We want to encourage & inspire others to go after what they want. Our life might look great now, but don't forget that we also sacrificed a lot to get here. Especially when we quit our jobs to set up a hawker business and it failed. The waking up at 4am, the hard work, the extremely long hours... No one said they envied us then. But.... Taking that leap was the 1st step towards getting us to where we are
