I don’t want to sound petty or ruin the fun or anything, but I’d just like to point out that this doesn’t actually use the full song. The full song for Retray, “Golden Haze” by DetiousMusic, is actually a 4 minute song with another part after the ending of this level. The reason as to why the newgrounds version (the one used in the level) is only 2-3 minutes long and excluded the part at the end is simply because the version of Golden Haze that is in Newgrounds and available in the game was originally only a preview of the song and was not meant to be the full one. Oh boy I have so much to say about this creator. First of all, I want to say there is potential for way better levels from him, he just needs to maybe put a little more effort into his levels. Now on to what he could do better with his full version levels. First, I would definitely say he needs to work on balancing, because as soon as the original level is over, the level turns into a harder rather than an easy. Next, he could have filled up the level more by placing some air deco and more structures to make the level look better. Also, I would like to say that the block designs are ok, but they are just blatantly copied from earlier parts of the level. Maybe instead he could have been inspired by ReTraY's block designs, while still making each part feel unique. Lastly, I feel like he should have stuck to the limitations from when retray came out, instead of filling it with 2.0/2.1 stuff.
