Trigger warning 😉: I create fictional ASMR role-plays inspired by everyday events in the 1950s, 60s, and 70s. My work incorporates authentic props and storylines to foster an immersive and realistic experience, something close to "ASMR in the wild." Please remember that social issues that reflect the times will naturally come up. 💚✨

My grandmother was a PhD in library science. Brilliant woman, very well traveled- she helped establish a library in Poland after the iron curtain fell and taught at university after she retired. She instilled in me values of information being free to all people and of avoiding censorship, even when people disliked something or disagreed with it- especially at the library, which I came to see as more or less a sanctuary for knowledge and art. This video reminds me a lot of her. It was really lovely to listen to this and reflect on those memories. Thank you for this.

My grandmother was a librarian and passed in the 90s from ovarian cancer. The middle school library she worked at was dedicated to her afterwards with beautiful drawings/paintings and tributes to her. These videos remind me of her, she also got me into reading ❤

I worked a summer job in the 1980s that was an old office, and all their office supplies were from the 60s. I have used every single one of the implements on that desk! I especially remember the tape dispenser. And getting in trouble for wasting paper in the writing pad thingy, because I just liked writing things in the little window, then tearing them out and writing more. 🤣

I agree public libraries should allow most writings, but when it comes to elementary school, or middle school libraries i have to disagree, kids need to be kids, schools are for teaching educational information, not peoples private lives or lifestyle decisions, imo. Public libraries should have more availability.
