Well this video saved me soime headaches. The fuses had been set wrong in the beginning cauing all chips (except inverters) to fail. Tried following the instructions in the manual and was getting many many errors as you describe, followed your instructions and they just work!.👍

Did you used USB to power the Retro "Chip Tester Pro" or used the Programmer to power it?
