Being a child of the 70’s I remember tinsel! My grand mother was SO PICKY about it. I was never allowed to put it on. She wanted it put on one strand at a time.

I was born in 1956 so I remember tinsel. I used to get impatient and rather than place it piece by piece I would take a hunk and toss it on the branches. Then I would quickly run out and have to go back and thin it out a little more. Wonderful memories. I’m not sure if you have ever seen any of Ginger Chick Rehab’s videos but she uses vintage items and puts them inside vintage ornament boxes.

They have a fantastic collection of the vintage C7 lights!! I behaved myself, though because I’m coming down with lights! I have 2 giant tubs of them 😬😂 My sister lives just past Lancaster, but I’ve yet to hit any of the antique/vintage shops while there. I’d go broke in those places! We all use “wee” in my family 😉 Picked it up from my husband.
