In the UK that was a Marathon bar now called a Snickers the nuts in it are peanuts. One with just nougat is a MilkyWay and a Mars Bar has Nougat and Caramel. Which I think in the US you call a Milky Way a 3 Musketeers? & a UK Mars Bar a Milky Way. Or is it the other way round? It's very confusing

@@froggy8030 Yeah agree very confusing....in Germany the Mars Bar has Nougat and Caramell and no Nuts....in the US they call that "Mars bar" Milky way and the Milky way in Germany is like 3 Musketeers lol....btw there is a Mars Bar with Nuts in Germany but its called "Nuts" and comes in the same yellow wrapper lol....at least Kit Kat is Kit Kat even tho it taste different and look slithly different the EU one is by Nestle and the US one by Hershey.

There was a separate candy bar called a Marathon but it was just caramel & chocolate. Flat & long. Milky Ways were nuggat & caramel covered in chocolate & 3 Musketeers were plain Nuggat & chocolate.

It's from England. The ones in the rest of the world are the real thing. The American one was modified to make it more distinct from Milky Way.

I found mars bars with a black wrapper , but they tasted more like Milky Way. I found the original one online with the almonds in them . It tasted like the original ones from the 80's . The wrapper was not the same but that did not matter. . Please bring back the original mars bars with almonds. Don't understand why companies discontinue all the good candy like Mars bars and Nestle Alpine White with almonds .

The international one, without almonds, is the original one. When they expanded to America, they made the American version different to distinguish it from Milky Way. It was probably discontinued because it didn't make money.
