Hello Everyone!!! Don't forget to leave me a comment, hit the like button, and subscribe! You guys are making my videos a success. If you guys do all of those things then KZbin thinks a little bit more of my video and just might share it with new viewers. Thank you for all of your support! Check the description out... I really work hard to load it up with helpful information. Let me know what you think and if there's anything else I can do to make these tutorials better. Did anyone notice I left the paint name and tool sizes on the screen. I'm hoping that helps. It's kind of hard to find them in the 5 second window I've been using. Happy Fall Y'all! See you soon with my next video... I'll be doing a 12" canvas. Well that's the plan anyhow.

I started making my own rocks painting them black then in gold. I made them as memorial stones for my son and I leave one wherever I go so that he is there with me. Thank you for the inspiration

That's beautiful, and a wonderful tribute to your son! You’re remarkable ♥️🤗♥️ Thank you for being so kind.

Beautiful!! I absolutely love fall colors and these are stunning together. Metallics are so rich and stunning. I bet blues and browns would be gorgeous together too. Thank u for another awesome video🧡🤎💛💚🧡🤎💛💚

I LOVE Arteza metallic pearls. I've use them a lot. They are fussy, but gorgeous. I use Liquitex Pouring medium to thin. I use 1/1 ratio, actually a bit more medium than paint to get that smooth texture, without the little bump in the middle (I don't like the bump). I like to double or even triple dot (dry between) to get luscious plump dots, without the little bump in the middle. The great thing about Arteza (metallic and not) is that the color you put down is the color it is dried. They are gorgeous paints.

Thanks for sharing your tips! I'm always looking for ways to improve my dotting game! This is the exact advice Suzanne N. Gave me. Judging by your art and hers I know I’m going to have to try that. Thank you ♥️

Love the fall colors. It’s beautiful! When I started painting again after 20+ years I bought the Arteza paints, never thought they could be used to do mandalas bc they are so thick. You definitely changed my mind..

LOVE IT! You used some of my most favorite Arteza paint colors! I've used the Arteza paints mainly if I'm drawing and painting characters and such but I definitely will try this mandala.

Oh right on!!! I’ve been wanting arteza since you got yours. I had my eye on the fluid body but this works too. Soooo pretty.

You are si smart that I would like to see you working with mica powder. 🥰

@ I’d have to look it all up and learn. I’m going one step at a time as new mediums present themselves to me. I’ll keep mica powder in my mind for the future. I truly know nothing.

Really pretty with all those Fall colors. I love metallics - probably because I love sparkle - and Arteza is a great brand. Their metallics are so smooth looking, and their colors are so rich, too. I wonder how they'd do for puffy dots.

I use equal amounts and really pile it on on the bigger dots.
@JaDeLRocks2 ай бұрын
@@suzannenorman9782 equal huh? Your art is so perfect…. I noticed here that my dots were a little “bloopy.” But I also noticed those big green dots were just delicious! I could watch that part over and over 😂 I’ll give a 1:1 ratio a try. Are you also just using pouring medium?
@suzannenorman97822 ай бұрын
Just pouring medium yes
@JaDeLRocks2 ай бұрын
@ thanks.. I was worried about the warning on the bottle so I’m leaning towards the matte medium. I’ll experiment to see the difference. Thank you ♥️ I really do appreciate your input. I think you have some of the best art I’ve seen with these paints.

Oooohhh... beautiful! Sorta looks like the view out my camper window at the moment :-) Came to GA to see Fall. I'm thinking of transitioning to heavy body paints for my projects. Love the consistency you achieved with the 2:1 ratio. I'm going to try some. Since I do a lot of glass maybe if I use glass medium it will work. I will certainly be experimenting when I get home. As always, thanks for the inspiration. Have a great day!
@JaDeLRocksАй бұрын
Thank you! I'm so glad you enjoyed it! You’ll have to let me know how your experiments go. I think I’ll be trying the matte medium next. I’m concerned about the warning on that pouring medium.
@paulinechoate5974Ай бұрын
@JaDeLRocks I've never used that pouring medium. Since I do so much glass I've only used water to thin. I DO have glass medium I'll have to check THOSE ingredients and see if a warning. I love experimenting...that's how we grow :-D

I’ll have to check out all the options. I feel like I just unlocked another level of dotting.

@@JaDeLRocks I already do! They do need a lot of zhuzhing to get the right texture but they are gorgeous. I hope to be able to mix them to be more custom, I have not had good luck doing that with Deco Art metallics. They never turn out right.
@JaDeLRocksАй бұрын
@ oh I did a video on mixing the deco art metallics… I think? I love mixing it gold metallic with a touch of color to alter it! Oh oh oh it was a diy rose gold I did. I love the way it turns out.
