I was totally prepared to hate this when I saw AI in the title but… it’s amazing! It’s one of the most unique and interesting concepts I’ve seen in a very long time. Such a refreshing change from the constantly repeated sci-fi themes that the movie industry has been churning out over and over for decades. It would be awesome if some big wig movie studio funded this to be turned into a Netflix series. Cheers!

My mother remembers the fifties has a time of stultifying sameness or conformity. As cool as these film are (very cool!), they are a "white" world, with no Asians, Blacks, etc. Representation becomes the reality, if you don't see them, they don't exist, nor have a place in the future we are envisioning.

My Chinese mother inlaw has the same criticism as you. Except she said it was an all ‘yellow world’ of sameness: No blacks, no whites, no latinos. Just all Chinese.’ She says China, 75 years later, is still as racist and xenophobic as ever, way worse than America in the 1950s. Maybe you can direct your anger to the part of the world that really has a problem vs making up stuff to get hurt about.

Wow . . . remarkably well done. I'm a bit on the fence about AI becoming ubiquitous in the art world, but this is such a well done production, it's hard to resist. The retro 50s style / steam punk/ classic sci-fi aesthetic is perfectly expressed. Scripting this all out, steering the AI toward rendering this caliber of content still took some real effort and understanding of the tool to craft this result.

Give this 5 more solid years if all go well and you can ask your built in tv Ai to generate a full 2 hour movie base and a simple prompt and the Ai will generate a 2 hour movie just like that. I feel thats when you can tell the ai everything about you and it can probably sum up your hold entire life to where you want it end. This will be our reality. Robot working, money have no use, and Ai making breakthrough everyday. A rise of the singularity, the key to unlock human true potentials.

The "old ones" had more knowledge and advancement hidden in obscure memory banks that we hadn't come across before.
