So nostalgic. Like you, our tree was loaded with the big electric bulbs, shiny garland and so much tinsel you needed to wear sunglasses 😂. When I see those big fat trees all decked out with that kitschy theme, I absolutely love them. My grandparents had a silver aluminum tree with bright blue colored glass ornaments. Oh, how i cherish those times.

Hello Talented Tina! I adore Kitchy/Retro Christmas motif. I've loved and been collecting since before it was popular. Some pieces are replicas, which use to be difficult to find. I also grew up in the kitchey era too. My Mom had a little silver tree (we called it the lightening bolt, LOL)that had to be set on an end table and she would try and lay the presents around it but it never worked, anyway we had a great time joking about the tree. I really loved these projects and I couldn’t pick a favorite.

I absolutely love that color paint that you used fabulous, especially for a retro Christmas for the clear ornaments. I've used mop and glow. That is the best way to line the inside of the ornament with glitter. You can also use Mica powder😊 thanks for sharing your wonderful ideas

Hey Tina, I agree with you. When I am doing transfers, I prefer the fusion paint. The IOD transfers work well on the Fusion paint. I love your projects today. I am still in awe of how much you do. 3 booths! That's just amazing. I do good to keep my booth stocked. Lol. So grateful for your sharing your booths.
