That wormhole makes me think of the one from Interstellar, and I'm sure that's deliberate.

Yeah that's what initially drew me to this mod, haha, my love for interstellar. But yeah the wormhole around the Saturn analogue thing is super reminecent of that. There's also the all water planet right by the black hole which is just like Millers planet from the movie.

I recommend doing the escape burn completly from lko, that way you can spare about 950 delta v Still, great videos, keep it up👍

Yeah I could definitely make better use of the Oberth effect on my Sarnus transfer burns, but they're just so much and long hahah.

Nice video! Did you ever think about a spacraft with ISRU, so that you can explore more with one launch?

Yeah, I've done a few missions with ISRU mining asteroids in either the rings of the ringed planets of these mods. Most recently I did a double landing on a moon of Ahneta and the desert planet Ahtpan in a single mission by mining & refueling using an asteroid in Ahneta's rings. (both these planets were in a separate star system in Kcalbeloh than the one the wormhole spits you out into as well, It was a huge mission. You should check it out! btw there is this mod kerbal engineer it shows you the orbit info on vessel screen so you dont have to use the manuever mode or the map view

Oh haha yeah, I use this lander design a lot. I think I originally used it for Nohric, which is the ice moon next to this one which has a thin atmosphere I used the drogue shoots for. I just reused the lander design for this mission and forgot to take em off lol. Thanks!! I'm glad you are liking my series!!!

I'm definitely going to start an Outer Planets Mod series just after I finish Kcalbeloh!! I also want to do some general KSP/Kcalbeloh tutorials to wrap it all up before the OPM series but OPM is 100 percent on my list to explore fully on a series. Stay tuned!!
