it's a shame that I can only parry once but not twice. and don't mention how to parry a super special move like Daigo did. it was so fun back then since the game designers could make a huge change. in SF3, I think that they only keep Ryu, Ken, Akuma, & Chun-li. then, the rest are new characters. but now, Capcom is bounded by the tournament thing and they just kept all characters and dare not to make too many characters as afraid of breaking the so-called "balance" of the game. this making the game so dull that ppl are too excited to look forward to the next one since we all know that all characters remain there and mostly the same thing.

Street Fighter III could've been so much more... the system is great, the animation is amazingly fluid. But gosh, character design is atrocious, the songs are so dull compared to the epic themes of Street Fighter 2, backgrounds are uninspired, they totally lost their chance. Thankfully SF IV corrected all these problems, but it sure SFIII feels like a missed oportunity.
