Newbs before didn't answer right. You need 421 based off the fact the guy in the video has 579 left over. 421 + 579 = 1,000. Most of these Korok seeds are used up by expanding your swords, the other two cost significantly less seeds to upgrade by comparison.

I just don't understand why they can't come up with something a bit more useful or even just "meaningful" then that. Here is a Idea, how about costume that turns you into a "little korok"? While wearing it you can't fight but at the same time enemies also ignore you as they can't "see" you, because according to the Koroks no one else can see them besides other Koroks, Great Deku, Hestu and Link.

No paragliding or fast travel just move like a little korok would while wearing it. A novelty item is all it would be. Would produce no "gains" in the game, but would be a better reward then the turd for the people that "do want" to do the 100 percent complete thing.

Considering the insane effort and time investment this is just disrespectful tbh, once u collected all seeds, u have already seen all the game has to offer so the reward should be something gamebreaking or gimmicky, like how if you collected all masks in Majoras Mask you would gain the literal power of a god, here are some suggestions, - a korok / Hetsu armor set - choice of doubling health or attack power permanently (like at the end of Ocarina) - unbreakable strong weapon - ability to make master sword / any weapon unbreakable - unlimited zonai battery meter - unlimited stamina

But thats not the point nintendo only made made hestus gift for the people who want to play more of the game if its something good like armor or double defence most players who dont want to collect the korok seeds do it anyways for something that good which ruins the experience as a casual player and only benefits the hardcore completionists same goes for the 100 golden skultulas you dont get something good like an item which fills your inventory you just get money everytime you speak to the father ehich is completly useless at this point of the game its not for the reward its for the fun exploring and finding stuff like this

@@kek.g I mean the money can still be quite useful to get insta potions in the 2 shops up Death Mountain so it's still worth the trouble especially when you're on your first playthrough of Ocarina of Time. The least they could do in Tears of the Kingdom was aknowledge the effort with some pat on the back from Hestu like having him say "hey you're great Link! here let me give you an apple as a show of respect" but we get _nothing_ aside from Hestu's last meal of the day. This hands down feel disrespectful for people who did _twice_ after collecting them all in Breath of the Wild and so you can't imagine the anger and frustration it brings to be hopeful of something meaningful for once only to be betrayed yet again with the same poop. Nintendo may just be the Kings of Trolls for pulling something like this.

Infinite money to spend on mini games or whatever you wish to buy, with other useful items along the way like wallet upgrades, the shard/stone of agony that helps you find holes and heart pieces. So Nintendo didn't get that everyone was pretty pissed that they gave you a useless item in the first one that they again had to give it to you in the second one. It's at this point unless you want to 100% the game there is no point in even getting all of them once you max out your inventory. How do you upgrade your Zonai battery?

You get Zonaite from The Depths, which can be used to purchase Crystallised Charges. For everyone 100 Crystallised Charges you have, you can get one segment of battery from specific Steward Constructs. There’s one outside Lookout Landing in front of Hyrule Castle Town’s entrance and one by the Recall Shrine on the Great Sky Island. Those two are the only ones I know of, there’s probably more around Hyrule though
