Something I’ve learnt whilst watching these landslides They’re so satisfying to witness even though they can cost you your life in the process

Great compilation but longer clips and less talking would be better.

My friend and I were climbing up a draw in the mountainside behind our neighborhood, when we came upon a wheel-shaped rock about 3 ft in diameter leaning on an aspen trunk. When we pulled the tree aside to set the wheel free we were astonished at the results. It took several minutes for all the crashing and smashing to stop.

I like how you go 1 to another without seeing it 25 times. Get a lot for a little.

How does it feel? Ah, how does it feel? To be on your own? With no direction home? Like a complete unknown? Like a rolling stone?

A rolling stone caused all of this

It earned an instant downvote from me. Can't stand cheesy narrations. This isn't AMFHV from the early 90's; just shut up and give us the raw footage.
@MikeKaisner4 күн бұрын
There is no need for the commentary.

You missed the Mount St. Helens debris avalanche, caused by the collapse of its northern slope at the start of the infamous 18 May 1980 eruption. 2.7 cubic kilometres or about 2/3 of a cubic mile fell off to unleash a lateral blast that mowed down trees 30km away. Please see the photos by Gary Rosenquist for detail.
