MC Hello! I read something about taka and tamahome and it says that in order for miaka to meet her destined pair, which is taka, she needed to meet tamahome first because taka and tamahome are one. The ova is also kind of twisted and some parts of it are different from what really happened in the manga. There are fy novels per character and in tamahome’s novel, it says there that miaka and taka already met (passed by each other) before she was sucked into the book. However, they did have not any significant interaction that time because she will meet tamahome first and eventually all of tamahome will be absorbed by taka due to her wishes to Suzaku.
