Hello everyone, this video is the 4th in the series looking at games from every single decade from the first ever video games until now!
In today’s video, we will be looking at games from the 90s!
The 90s is the decade I was born and the decade I first got into gaming so this one is extremely special to me! It's the decade where I not only tried a game for the first time but also fell in love with various incredible games.
In this video we will be checking out games from the Sega Megadrive (Genesis), Nintendo 64, PS1 (or PSX or PS One or however you want to call it), and the Game Boy Color!
I hope you enjoy this trip down memory lane with me as we revisit classics from the Pokemon, Street Fighter, and GTA series as well as many others!
There are so many more games I could have featured in this video - it could easily have been well over 100 games! But these were the ones that resonated the most with me during my childhood.

Man I am literally foaming at the mouth watching your videos waiting for my RP5 today. Got DHL and it says it's arriving today but it's in Ohio and I am in Virginia. Hopefully it actually comes cause that's a state and a half away! Thanks for the great vids and glad ur showcasing the black model cause IMO the oled looks best on it.

I got grounded for waking up early to play Pokemon Blue. My dad was pissed that I would wake up early to quietly play a game and bother nobody..

I had pokemon blue. My starter just had to be squirtle for that reason. Played so much of that game, just like you it was my entire childhood.

Got Warlords 2 Deluxe running and beat tutorial. Retroarch DosBox with RP5 touch screen totally makes this playable again. RP5 is a beast!

The "nope"s in Sonic 2 made me laugh out loud, totally how it goes when I play it. And yes, Sonic 2 was my first Genesis game I watched and played in the 90's! 🍻🤘🏼🔥

Hey Ryan! Great video! Is it possible to zoom into the device a bit more? There's a lot of empty space and it's hard to see some of the games, like when you showed off GTA and mentioned it looked like a chicken, I had to zoom in to see the screen. Keep up the great work!

"Eggman" and and his personal robot army powered by woodland creatures. He's really a classic mustache twirling badguy. The original "PSx" was the first system I bought with my own money from my first job, it was also my first rebellion against the Sega vs 'Nindo console war, because they were failing to announce a Metroid game for the N64 before it came out, meanwhile while Sega almost quit making Sonic games and RPGs for the US. Sega also scrambled to double the power of the Saturn in the face of Sony's reveal and Square was looking to make their next Final Fantasy bigger and went to Playstation, so the strikes piled up against "the big two." Interestingly enough Street Fighter Alpha2 (and the 3D EX + Alpha version) was where I got my screen name, because I was inspired by the art style from those games at the time. I don't play fighting games anymore, but the Battle Arena Toshinden series was also a bit of a big deal on the PS Back in the days when developers where still learning to make 3D look appealing. There were a ton of other 3D fighters too, Soul Blade(Edge), Tobal no.1, Ehrgeiz, Zero Divide... I'm kinda gettting the urge to load some on my RP5 now even though I retired from fighting games.

Dr eggman uses our animal friends as energy for his evil robots! So by pressing the button we release it and weaken his evil grip on green hill zone, and the rest of the locations in the sonic world. Which is also why defeating enemies frees them from servitude as direct vessels for his robotic army.
