The iridescent wrath starter is so good. Works reliably through the whole run as both a main attacker and an engine for STR gain triggers. Only real problem is its HP.

Hey Retro, love the gameplay, but as a heads up Bainfuri will attack when HE gets a strength up too! So you can buff him up and hit people for trucks in addition to the shiny boy and spread the pain/love around. 😂

BTW I'm pretty sure the devs had a mistake with Gambos. His shiny version is: on ally hurt increase his strength by 1 for this turn only and the regular version is for the entire battle. So getting shiny Gambos(which I got) is actually worst till they patch it.

Iroid A* is the best guy 🥰 It will be good to have possibility to destroy all three shrines at the floor 3, as many times they just have no sense.

This game needs a small difficulty increase and some balance changes, but overall its core gameplay is pretty good

how do you know it needs a difficulty increase when we are playing on difficulty level like 3 of 11?

@@Retromation I just think it takes too long to reach the difficult levels. I'm on level 6 myself, and it's still not that challenging. Maybe the game is aimed at more casual players though, which is fine.

Difference beetween shiny starters is truly ridiculous. Creators made this a bit difficult for themselves, with guaranteed shiny starter balance is already fragile. Too weak and it's a upgrade in name only, too much and it may lead to complacent gaming syndrome. I really wonder if they manage to find right spot in future.
