You can only get ingredient when decondtructng floor if it's the one in the tower, which means your base, or boss rooms building on the other hand... you can deconstruct random decoration and stuffs and get their material evven in the shatter Ice... there is a freezing bullet that will freeze creature in ice block, destroying those ice give ice material much easier than just shooting them with cold bullets
