The animation quality, the style, it's all top-tier. This looks amazing. But in addition to that, I'm already seeing some brutally-quick speed run competitions in this game's future. Rapid dashing, fast combat, and tons of windows on bosses for higher-risk damage if you're willing to do it during their attack cycles.

One bad thing is that sometimes a chunk of the map dosent load in time, then you walk into the void on accident, you can just wait till the chunk loads in front of you it takes like 10 seconds, or if you fall in the void just quit the game and re enter it

That Meta-Progress shop kinda reminds me of West of Dead, where you use your cash to unlock new weapons and abilities and stuff that you can find in the levels instead of a +1 to health or soemthing. I like it a lot

I think the prismium is basically a kept currency that isn’t necessarily used for meta upgrades, that’s more of the gold ingots. I think (I’ve never played after all) it’s akin to Risk of Rain 2’s lunar coins where you buy upgrades and can change the flow of the game while maintaining an amount of them between runs.

Magic Design Studios is a great team who makes amazing games with amazing hand drawn art. Unruly Heroes was one of my favorite games ever created and yes this game has a little bit of problems (Not jumping immediatly after dashing and the secondary weapons and teritary weapons being rare) but those are minor issues and the game feels amazing (It is like hades meets hallow knight meets cuphead meets grim adventures)

The reason moving to the left feels awkward is likely because your character is slightly more to the left side of the screen than the right rather than being centered leading to having less time to react to things on the left side of the screen and a sense of anxiety in that subconscious realization.

Really cool game, one note this is a roguelite not a rougelike. A roguelite carries some sort of progress from runs to run, in this game through buying upgrades from gold earned in runs. A Roguelike doesn't carry progress from run to run, there is no way to buy upgrades or unlock more from playing more, from the 1st to the 100th attempt you have the same chances of getting the items and the items have the same power.
