Return of the Ancients: 2.0 UPDATE [Subnautica]

Return of the Ancients is a Subnautica mod developed by the Architects of the Unknown team, featuring a plethora of new content, including new materials, new tools, new locations and new creatures. The main focus of the mod is on the Gargantuan Leviathan, a colossal life-form that dwarfs everything else on the planet, residing in the void.
The mod has received a long awaited update, finally porting it to the Living Large update of subnautica, adding new content and various polishing changes.

Gotta say, the Subeam explosion in the intro is vasted improved compared to the original. Well done. Only gripe I have with it is at 0:28, where it seems the Gargantuan Leviathan falls back into the ocean faster than it should, unless that was intentional.

I think night time really adds to the scene a lot too, and yeah I can see what you mean it is a bit fast.

@@KarlismiSN Slowing the Gargantuan's descent would really put some "umph" into showing just how massive it is, as well as giving the player time to comprehend what they are watching. Slow burn and all. Also, since I have your notice, I have a question. Do the Gargantuan and the Orbital Gun (forget its exact name) have some sort of relationship? Like the Gun shoots down ships and Big G uses that as a food source? Idk was just thinking of that.

Im not sure, that'd be an interesting dynamic but i doubt ships come so often for that to be a thing that happens. I am interested on where theyll go with the story though
