A weird team that may or may not work is demon king, green Derieri, and green Estarossa. You give Derieri and Estarossa no gear so they die easily, and since they both have commandments they give demon king 60% attack on top of 36% attack related stats due to return. Deri’s passive prevents them from just moving cards, and Estarossa is really just there in case you want to taunt with him, in all likelihood you’ll go second, he dies first turn, and then he won’t matter.

My favorite part of demon king is that he quite literally killed the skadi and melascula combo by disabling commandments

They are still fine against Ban's Sins team, but yeah, his passive disabling commandments is a good idea. Plus finally so logic: when someone with Commandment dies, he gets attack. Meaning like, he absorbs commandments to get stronger.

@@egyptian_legend_official yeah against ban teams I could see it but I don’t know if we will see too many of those in the future. They are still solid but not the best by anymore. You could definitely still run skadi team against tyr but results are unlikely to be favorable.

Btw I can't remember if there's actually a mode where you can use more than 1 same character in pvp but if that mode exist again I'd say demon king with purgatory meli and traitor mel would've been insane with that damage reduction

If they give meli a relic similar to AM meli then I think he’d come back to the meta I think a relic that gave him 10% hp and attack related stats in 2 separate buffs that are always on him so his passive can get going faster and if he Dosent get attacked that turn then they go up to like 25% per buff I think that’s a solid relic that’s not op but strong enough to bring him back
