The part where Vader saved Luke by grabbing the Emperor and throwing him to his death I'll never forget!! The crowded theater including myself went absolutely ballistic with a mixed range of extreme emotions. Memories I will cherish all my life. Thank you George Lucas for this awesome saga!!! 👍

Don't forget first reactions after the Phantom Menace, and how the opinion changed on the upcoming days... the same happened with ROTJ: people hated the movie because being too silly with the Ewoks shortly after releasing. I was there, people just have a very bad memory about the subject.

The special edition knocked it down from like a 9.5/10 to a 8/10, I still personally liked it but those new Jabba’s Palace scenes were soooooo bad 😭
