I just had this racquet early this week strung with wilson sensation plus g16 with 50 psi tension. Very comfortable and solid racquet. It doesn’t feel like a 10 oz racquet at all. Prior to this racquet, I was using 2015 roland garros babolat aeropro which weighs 11.6oz strung and I barely notice the weight difference. The only difference I feel is my old babolat has more whip than this. I can still whip the head of wilson triad though but the power it generates is significantly more.

I love coach Rob's forehand with that continental grip. It's so pretty and you don't often see that grip in a forehand these days.

... Well he is a tennis professional and lets just say that forehand doesn't deserve the 100k a year he makes.

Ive played an older version. The 18x19 pattern helps control. I could blast first serves easily. Had to modify to 11.2 ounces to feel right.

Help, I have a Triad 5 103 inch and I need a bumper guard as mine has completely worn out. I cannot find a replacement anywhere. Can you help me?
@jrsanti3 жыл бұрын
You should have covered it with duck tape before using it. But covering it with 2 layer of Gorilla duck tape may still be a viable temporary fix.
@jrsanti3 жыл бұрын
Wilson triad xp5 replacement may work if you only need the bumber guard since both has 16 holes mains and skips 7&9T 7&9H.

I don’t hate the pickballers.. but that sound in the background grates on me. Thanks for talking about frames like this. So many frames are so close in spec these days.. nice to see something different.

Is there any chance you know much about racket guard protection tape, it's effects and whether it is viable or not?
@jrsanti3 жыл бұрын
You can do away with just gorilla duct tape
