I feel like you’re the only person so far to mention the flaking; I got quite a bit of it on my blue velvets, and I just went with it but I’m wondering why more people aren’t talking about it lol Great video man, keep it up!

Hello,dear it it a special ,Because the PME material made of mix material,so it has some lubricant film on switch,dont worry ,if have any quality problems tell me
@MakerMods3 жыл бұрын
For sure! In some of my other PME switches, there is much less flaking so I think Tecsee is definitely stepping up their game!

I'm glad you did Salmon review as well as I had watched your Penguin review and wanted to know the differences. Thank you for segmenting the vids and I really enjoy how to the point you are with all the details that matter. Enjoyed your content! 10/10 for the random intro

Haha thanks so much!! I am trying to be a bit more artistic, I'm glad you enjoyed it!!!

Love your vids. Torn between these, coffee chip, and wondering if anything else deeper sounding has been released in the last 2 years since all the videos and reddit posts about these kinds of switches are multiple years old. Where did the keyboard community go? Inflation? Did you wrestle?
@MakerMods Жыл бұрын
Sorry for the late reply! I did wrestle in high school, now I'm a fat lard haha but to answer your question, PME is kind of a mid heavy sound signature plastic if that makes sense. I'd look at HPE or HDPE switches for a deeper sound signature!

Oof, hollow, thin sounds... filmed is a bit better but still clack clacky. Thanks for the review mate! I was super sad when I found out that the coffee chips and the purple pandas were so similar. I ended buying both and they're just in the wings collecting dust :/
@MakerMods3 жыл бұрын
Haha for sure, I feel ya! I think it's the PME... I personally just don't enjoy the sound signature of PME that much!

im trying to get some good tactiles I likes these but are there any other good tactiles yall would recommend

also great video
@MakerMods2 жыл бұрын
Thanks so much; sorry for the late reply! Depending on how tactile you’re looking for, the u4t is always a safe choice; holy pandas as well; I really like the Anubis switch from cannonkeys!

@@MakerMods I want a long stem round tactile that sounds poppy if that makes sense

Longest pole stem I’ve found on tactile scone from the polias; let me throw together some frankenswitches to see what I can find!

having tried both again just now, I like penguins over salmons :)

is it just me or does his videos often have framerate issues? especially during the typing test where (I dont know what exactly it is) his table and cameras are shaking... please guys lets start a petition to get him a new table, it seems he is working on a cardboard table or something :')
@MakerMods3 жыл бұрын
HAHA savage!!!!! Spent too much money on switches so I can only afford a cardboard table…
@MakerMods3 жыл бұрын
But tbh my table is very flimsy. I picked up a marble slab to see if it will help! Thanks for the feedback!
@j9ke3r3 жыл бұрын
@@MakerMods been there! but then i discovered switch sample packs, which drastically reduces the rate of bad buys on switches ;) you should try it too :P
@MakerMods3 жыл бұрын
Haha my problem is sample packs are one switch while I want to know the typing experience, LOL!
