Brother, they don't in a crazy amount. They are simply level 7 and they can't be used for Hieratic Seal or the new Xyz Dragon Rulers

you can cook this more, put in barrier statues, use chasmatis to dump the statue or any "your opponent cannot special summon" monster from your deck to gy with tidal's eff using chasmatis, then use chasmatis on opp turn to summon that monster with redox eff using chasmatis

@Haooryu It's better Vanity's Ruler using new Tachyon Seventh spell showing N107 in the EX. Use lv4 baby rulers to go Galaxy PD rank4 + Tachyon Primal to search spell. Or using Tachyon Cloudragon searched for Tempest effect in hand or Auroras in the field. the old L.A.D.D still useful.

The card share almost similar xyz summon condition just like Utopia Future. For this monster specifically, it requires 2 rank 7 XYZ dragons to overlay. This make it viable with red eyes deck as they mostly consist level 7 and a rank 7 dragon monster.

Theyre also playing interesting ratios for sure; I think the spell is bait, playing 2 dark baby seems wrong because its almost always a comeback card and not an extender, not playing 3 of each ruler, and a list like this could easily go over 40 playing either more handtraps or smth like armed/rose dragons to get more advantage/end on Return Zero+Dis Pater. Plus this doesnt showcase light ruler floodgating by dumping tidal+redox to dump+reborn anything from deck. It's WEIRD. Also the metalmorph cards with no red metal dragon to tutor it is weird. You dont need your normal for this deck so like....cmon. If nothing else its a fun casual deck.
