The video where I visited all four shrines ALSO was done in a single day! My friend figured out an optimal route for us to walk so that we could make it happen. We ended up walking 30+ kilometers that day if I recall. Always nice to see more people visit Suwa. Lots of extremely familiar sights in this video.

I was not expecting this video to be 1 hour long, the effort put here is just as how zun makes touhou, its just peak. Please continue making videos like this, i will watch this with great interest at my free time and hopefully the youtube algorhythm will bless this video just like the other Happy new year, gensokyo traveler!

Final thoughts - It's kino. A combination of beauty, information, and a very strong moral about truly getting to know the country you are visiting, which is something we absolutely need in an era of insensitive and selfish tourists ruining everything they touch. I... No... We all truly needed this documentary. Keep cooking, Lunar. You are a talented man.

I dont know. I believe I never used this account to search for touhou stuff before.... BUT. WHY THIS VIDEO WAS SHOWING UP IN MY FEED. Been there before, and offered some sake as gifts. :) Anyway. Enjoyed your lovely video.

This was a really beautiful video. My friends and I are planning a Japan trip for late 2025, I'm going to suggest we take a trip around lake Suwa for a day like you did now. Thank you for the inspiration!

That's awesome! I hope you can learn from my experiences. There's a lot of other random stuff around the lake too that's worth exploring if you're just visiting Suwa. For example, there's a giant swan boat in the background at one point in this video. I'd love to learn more about... why that exists.
