Your always eating in this vids always end up hungry every time Glad you had a safe trip back ! Not approved doesn't mean it doesn't work. Like a spinal implant stimulator. It's not approved but Medicare will pay for it. Good advice to try dieting first but excise too is vital

Your Elephant ride seemed quite pleasant compared to my experiences. Last one was outside Chiang Mai where the handler was leading instead of sitting upon the elephant and the elephant insisted upon pulling up bundles of long grass. It then swiped the root end of the grass onto it's head and showered us in the dusty soil.... A very unpleasant experience...
