Hi Colin, The weed can be bad in places but there are lots of clear areas. I have caught a few with the Ronnie on a helicopter rig, but mainly a simple blowback rig cast to the clear spots. Just remember the further you fish out, the more weed beds you will have to negotiate to land them,.

Thanks Chris, I just use a simple blow back rig on the clear areas or a Ronnie on a helicopter set up over the weed.
