This is some badass boss design, not gonna lie. Why is this supposed to be the bad ending though, this boss strikes me more of a true final boss than Lily’s Robot which we fight as final boss in the good ending? I wonder what the third ending is? Is it like the true ending and we fight the Mother Sphere as final boss?

Because the colony will invaded earth. That's why Adam said that human history are over because mother sphere will change the race to artificial intelligence like Eve aka Andro-eidos. Xion can't be rebuild because the last hyper cell brought by lily to colony and then look at lily shocked face at the end when she realized that colony started to move to earth orbit

@@AngelSing-Zepol Yes adam was right it's started from him. Mother Sphere was created by him but she rebelled to her creator. If you read the story, the researcher called Raphael Mark is the real name of Adam. Adam said that Mother Sphere is the beginning and the end of the war.

@@AngelSing-Zepol The villain is Mother Sphere (the creation that rebelled, like Lucifer). Adam is the anti-hero (the human that tragically created the Naytiba out of necessity). EVE is the heroine (the artificial human who, essentially, gained true humanity/a soul, by helping others). Adam was focused on biology (genes). EVE focused on the soul (helping others). That’s what truly defines the spirit of humanity.
