Wallahi: I see Men in their 30's, prostrating like the Camel (hands on floor, before). Don put on KFR Shoes! Inward toe will cause problems along the way. THE SUNNAH = SUPERIOR Benefit INSAH'ALLAH

@@foulanedepaname9828 after the ruku > sajdah, knees must touch the ground before the hands. it is NOT in the Sunnah to place the hands first. it looks weak and is embarrassing for the on doing it. Wallahi if u tried proper ergonomic shoes withouth cushioning....

Hands before knees: Narrated Abu Hurairah (RA): Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) said: "When one of you prostrates, he should not kneel in the manner of a camel, but should put down his hands before his knees." Reported by Abu Dawud, hadith number 840 عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ‏- رضى الله عنه ‏- قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اَللَّهِ ‏- صلى الله عليه وسلم ‏-{ إِذَا سَجَدَ أَحَدُكُمْ فَلَا يَبْرُكْ كَمَا يَبْرُكُ اَلْبَعِيرُ , وَلْيَضَعْ يَدَيْهِ قَبْلَ رُكْبَتَيْهِ } رواه أبو داود (840)‏ Shaykh Al-Islam Ibn Taymiyah (may Allah have mercy on him) made a valuable comment on this matter in Al-Fatawa (22/449): “Praying in both ways is permissible, according to the consensus of the scholars. If a person wants to go down knees first or hands first, his prayer is valid in either case, according to the consensus of the scholars, but they disputed as to which is preferable.” "الصَّلَاةُ بِكِلَيْهِمَا فَجَائِزَةٌ بِاتِّفَاقِ الْعُلَمَاءِ إنْ شَاءَ الْمُصَلِّي يَضَعُ رُكْبَتَيْهِ قَبْلَ يَدَيْهِ وَإِنْ شَاءَ وَضَعَ يَدَيْهِ ثُمَّ رُكْبَتَيْهِ وَصَلَاتُهُ صَحِيحَةٌ فِي الْحَالَتَيْنِ بِاتِّفَاقِ الْعُلَمَاءِ. وَلَكِنْ تَنَازَعُوا فِي الْأَفْضَلِ. فَقِيلَ" مجموع الفتاوى ٤٤٩/٢٢
